Risusydän - heart of branches


Two years ago I knitted a pair of socks as a present for my friend. I fell in love with the flower socks that Anelma Kervinen had designed. As you all know: something old and something new, something borrowed and something blue. These socks are like that. I gathered yarns I wanted to use, put together lace and Fair isle designs from magazines, books and my own mind. Designed the Risusydän -heart. Knitted first one sock and tried to make the pair the same. When the pair was finished my daughter put them on and I took the photo. Then I wrote a story on my blog, the other one that I closed last year.

Now I found the photo on Pinterest. Some one has put it there. I was glad that some one had noticed my effort with these socks. But the link to my blog doesn't work cause I buried the blog where the text and photo were.

Valokuva, jonka olin omasta blogista, asiaankuuluvine linkkeineen, poistanut, elää ja porskuttaa Pinterestissä. Muuttaessani blogiani, hävitin vanhan blogini täydellisesti - yritysnimeäni lukuun ottamatta. Linkki, jos sen kuvasta löytää, tömähtää blogini tyhjään historiaan.
